    Very friendly helpful staff. Nice lobby with daily newspaper. Staff happy to accept packages for us which other stops wouldn’t do. Room was bright and nicely appointed with microwave, fridge and kettle. Hotel is within walking distance of shopping, trains and bus transport. An overall great experience.

    A pleasant surprise just out of the CBD

    We were prepared to be disappointed with the hotel, but came away with a completely different impression. Indoor secure parking took care of trying to find parking, there are lots of Asian restaurants wihin a few steps of the hotel, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, hotel staff are very helpful, and you are only 4 blocks away from the closest free bus. A walk to the CBD is perhaps 10-15 minutes through restaurants and shops. Our rate did not include servicing of our room, but it was very easy to swap towels when needed. The room was spacious and the bathroom large and clean.

    The bed qas on wheel with no beaks or stoppers, so you sit on the bed and it just rolls away. The window doesn't open and it has a bit sticker on it with a picture of the beach on it. Great location.

    Everything is wonderful but to only have one washing machine and one dryer available is just insulting. Please think seriously about upgrading the laundry facilities. Last time I stayed you had some decor upgrades to the first floor happening. I think you need to spend some money on laundry facilities, not decor changes that no one will even notice. I like staying there but it is turning me away that a decent laundry doesn't seem to be a concern to them. It is so inconvenient for the guests. It really makes me feel that the comfort of the guests is not the top priority. That is just not good enough.
