Two perfect stays.
We stayed here both on the way up and the way back from Northern BC. It was a perfect stay both times! The rooms were clean and comfortable with working AC, the breakfast room was cute and comfortable, and check in was easy. The biggest shining point with these guys though is the customer service! We were travelling with an infant and for both nights they made sure we had the crib in the room prior to arrival. When we needed help disassembling the crib to move it to the separate room (we stayed in a suite the second night so we had a separate space from the baby) the staff at the hotel were quick and happy to come help us out. Everyone we interacted with at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will stay again and will recommend to anyone coming through.

Don't judge a book by its cover
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Although the outside of the hotel doesnt look great, the rooms have been renovated, are modern and beautiful. My room had a small kitchen that was fully equipped. My kids loved the free Disney Plus channel, which was a nice touch. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was ok. This experience reminded me of the old proverb, "Outward appearances are not a reliable indication of true character." Just like how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, you shouldn't judge this hotel by its exterior. Despite the uninviting outside, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it!

Breakfast area again is exceptionally clean with staff being so welcoming and friendly.
