Nice Location
Convenient from Ximen exit 5, the room was comfortable but with some dust on the TV screen and lamp. The gym was closed during covid-19.

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel experience EVER!!!
I booked a big room for just myself because I needed a good night's sleep for an early start (5am). There were several things: 1. Due to Covid, when you leave the hotel, even for 15 minutes, I went to buy some dinner around the corner at the noodle shop and eat in my room. I came back and they insisted to take my temperature again and I do the scan for coming in the hotel. Really? Do you really think I can catch Covid in 15 minutes and it's going to register on your temperature taking? And I've already checked in so what is the point of my scanning the door QR ode again? Just annoying because it's STUPID. If I was out for an hour or two, it still wouldn't make a difference. Covid doesn't attack you for DAYS not minutes or hours. 2. The room wasn't clean. The carpets and chair had stains all over it and I could smell stale smoke (supposed to be non-smoking room and hotel) in the room ... so someone was smoking in that room recently but they didn't get rid of the smell correctly. Make me wonder what is their cleaning regiment? 3. The bathmat was all wet because the sink is leaking so it was also stained with MOULD. How long has that room been unoccupied? And didn't you check it before you rent it out? 4. I was planning to get up a 4:25am so I can shower and wash my hair. There was NO HOT WATER! I let the water run for almost 5 minutes. I'm soaking wet and I don't have time to wait for someone to come and fix this. For a premium room, I really didn't expect this.

4/10 Fair

There are much better options in that area
Complicated check-in and parking fee was almost the same as the room charge.
