Excellent Service and Delicious Food
My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay. The location is close to everything downtown and all the staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We have recommended the hotel already to several friends.

Enjoyed the restaurant. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room had no amenities: no coffee maker, no hair dryer, insufficient glasses. Scary number of dust bunnies under the bed. Also kept bashing our shins on the bed frame. A bag of garbage in the elevator that stayed there for hours.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great. Right in the heart of downtown stratford. Super easy to walk to all theatres, even the Festival Theatre which was only a 15-20 minute walk. The restaurant/bar that is below the rooms closes at 9pm which makes it very quiet at night which was nice. Being and older building you can hear people in the halls ways and above you moving about but it wasn’t too noticeable at night. The only con is that the room didn’t have any coffee/tea/kettle which was surprising and disappointing. It’s always nice to wake up and grab a coffee as you’re getting ready. There are a lot of coffee options in the area it would just be nice to have a little coffee station in the room like at most hotels/inns. Everything else was good. We would definitely stay here again.
