Friendly stay in Pictou.
This hotel is in the upper floors of an old building in downtown Pictou. The operators are extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable
Had a really good stay. Clean, quiet comfortable rooms. A bit of a hike to the fourth floor with no elevator, but it was good exercise. Owners were awesome. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even made reservations at a nearby restaurant for us.

Very Good8.0
The inn keepers are fantastic... very helpful and quick. He immediately phoned 2 places that he recommended for our evening meal, and got us a reservation at the one that was open that evening. The inn is very charming, and they are refinishing it all with antiques... our room has not been done quite yet, but was comfortable and gave us a good night's rest. He brewed us a great pot of tea the next morning, and asked if he could be of any assistance with our day's plans. He also recommended a great place to eat where we were going (Annapolis Royale), and I have to say both of his recommendations provided us with outstanding meals. Really enjoyed our stay .
