Excellent Service
Our first room had a smell of smoke. We asked for another room, which they kindly obliged. There were none available so we were upgraded. The staff were very attentive and professional. We felt very well taken care of. The butler service was very nice. Main complaint is that all children under 140cm must wear some kind of floatation device in the pool, even if they are strong swimmers. Kids didn't like that.
