Safe, Clean, and Comfortable
I felt completely safe at this property traveling alone with my kids. It is a older but clean building about an 8 minute walk to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt. So many details were thought of...toiletries, kitchenware, even beach chairs,umbrella and towels! Will definitely return!

Comfortable, safe & convenient
I traveled solo for a 3-day festival in town and this property was located at 1 mile from it. It was easy to get to, convenient assigned parking space, roomy apartment with everything you need to stay for a few days. Publix, Walgreens, CVS close by. Easy access to the beach. I felt safe coming at late hours of the night. The property was clean although it could use some repairs (patching) in the bathroom ceiling. Everything worked perfectly, just a little cosmetic in the bathroom would me this an impeccable property. It was quiet overall, respectful neighbors. I had a nice visit and this property was comfortable with everything I needed. I felt at home.

What a nice apt to stay at. 5 star it ain't but clean, conveniently located it is. I definitely would book here again. I've been trying to think why this place would get a bad review and I can't find an honest reason it would. Maybe a different unit would, but the family room was nice. There is a fire station next store so you might get woken up at night. You can walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, ... As Arnie says, "I'll be back."
