I had family emergency and booked a night here arriving by plane at 12:30am. When I got to motel they had given my room away because it was past midnight even after I had reserved the room earlier that day. The experience left me stranded in the cold walking around trying to find another place to stay in winter. For the brief minute I was at the lobby the motel was loud, dirty and smelled foul. It did not feel safe with a large group hanging and smoking outside front doors.

So this hotel was not as bad as many reviews say.Hotel is dated but not dirty and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was cleaned and towels were replaced. The biggest drawbacks were that staff didn't inform me that sauna is not available, and that my key kept on having to be reset.Walls are paper thin and due to offsale of alcohol there was traffic till like 3am.If your looking for a convenient place to stay for shopping it's 20 min to polo park.

the rooms are nothing like the picture. security guards everywhere inside and out {whats that indicate} sheets were all wrinkled like someone had slept in them and no places to eat in the area. just bad bad bad
