Will most definitely stay here again.
This stay surpassed my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I had a few packages delivered, and they made sure to receive them, secure them. I felt safe and at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the patio fire pit was a great place to end the night. Also, the hotel was in a central location just a few minutes away from malls and eateries.

Great Stay with Feedback
Great Hotel and friendly staff! Our room easily accommodated our family of six with plenty of room to spare. I know things have changed since I worked in the hotel business many years ago (specifically the Hampton Inn in St. Charles, MO) but I found it odd that the employees were not easily identified by wearing a uniform....just in very casual street clothes...the reason I point this out is because I was going back to my room very late one night after finishing my kids laundry and I thought I was being followed by a stranger...turns out the individual was the hotel employee on staff for 3rd shift. Nothing about him was identifiable as an employee bc he did not have a name tag, uniform or logo apparel. My other comment is about housekeeping and, I realize that the world has changed due to COVID and employees not really wanting to have to work for their wages anymore which is a challenge for all companies and employers, but somethings/small things go along way to making a property still shine in the eyes of the guests such as wiping the baseboards in the bathrooms. Our bathroom was fairly clean except for the dirty baseboards around the toilet/tub area. That made the room feel as though it was haphazardly cleaned with no attention or care to detail -- so, the room wasn't really living up to the standard of having been sanitized as is being touted by so many hotel chains these days. I know you strive to be the best so hopefully these are helpful comments.
