      Birthday in the Docks

      Our stay was amazing from start to finish! Upon entry i had requested for a nice rose petal presentation on the bed (as it was my girlfriends birthday) which they did and was a nice surpise! The room we stayed in (Premium Deluxe in Executive floor) was really clean and well kept. The room decor was stylish and the tall floor to ceiling windows are special and the bathroom/wetroom was incredible! The location of the Pullman is perfect for easy access to the best parts of Liverpool. Cannot reccomend this hotel enough!

      Great hotel, perfect location!

      Just come back after a long weekend in Liverpool with my husband. Had a lovely stay, hotel was in a great location, it was lovely, modern and very clean. We had some fantastic panoramic views from our room too. Would definitely stay here again .

      Hotel was lovely shower/bathroom was amazing down side for me window's done open/not even a vent however the air-con was very good. Its a little far from town a good 15 minute's walk but at least it was quiet.Plus its Lovely around the docks

      Disappointing

      We arrived for checking at 3:15pm was a long line to wait. When we arrived at the receptionist at 3:37 we were told that our room was not ready and they could not give us any time. The gentle man told us to wait and he will come and get us when our room was ready. We waited until 5.20pm then lined up again, we were then given a room. We realised that everyone who was waiting with us was gone and new guests were being allocated rooms on our floor. The gentle man at reception forgot about us and we waited for hours because of this. We also had to cancel a booking at casa italia becauese of this. Room was bit dirty. Bathroom has come dirt on the ceiling. For a 4 star we are disappointed. Pillow had stains.

      Good for business but room for improvement.

      Clean rooms and great breakfast, however check-in took 25 minutes due to only 2 staff checking all guests. We had arrived earlier as did other guests but seems the hotel would rather check everyone in together, therefore creating a long queue. We paid for a Deluxe premium King and got a view of the adjacent building. For a work trip this would be fine, but for a couple I would recommend staying somewhere with better character and service.
