Very clean and nicely run but miss coffee in room.
Love this place. Sweetly updated. Wish the air conditioner was not so loud, though and miss having coffee in the room.

You get what you pay for!
Well, the old adage you get what you pay for certainly applies. This place is reasonably clean and dry, but that's about it. Certainly, the folks or corporation that own the place know their rank on the feeding chain. Spend a few bucks less, or it's all I can afford. Guess I'll spend a little more next time. :-(

Close to downtown without the downtown price
Close to downtown which is really convenient. Very friend staff. Great value

Scary neighborhood, outdated and dirty
The neighborhood was kind of scary. When I asked the desk clerk about safety (I was traveling alone) she said "it's downtown Missoula, there are homeless people, and no one can guarantee safety". The room was very shabby, bathroom was extremely out dated, 2 wire hangers in the closet, and the TV was an old boxy type. When sent me a questionnaire I responded. The desk clerk called me and told me if I didn't like the room I could leave. I would be give a refund. I had to scramble to find another room at a different hotel. It was really awful.
