We stayed in a 1 bed "suite" room. There were no dishes, silverware,pits and pans, or dishsoap. The refrigerator and freezer worked well. There were oolice around for about half a day. No lobby, really. You let yourself in. One positive: the front desk woman did search for and found a few kitchen items for me.

Liked the location. Shopping, food, movies all near. Easy access to city center. Staff were fine, but desk has short hours, so it was usually necessary to call someone from the desk. Wifi connection has to be reconnected daily and can go out right when you are in the middle of something. Saw a couple of roaches over the course of a long stay.

Down Home Atmosphere
I was on a tight budget as I had a few graduations to attend to and flew up from Florida and had to rent a car. Best rate I could find in the area and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean to hotel was kept and how friendly the front desk staff was during my stay. It didn't bother me they only change your linens once a week, but hey, that's more than I do at home! Lisa and Ray deserve honorable mention for their attentiveness and pleasant greetings.
