The cabins are well maintained. Very clean. Outdoor kitchen stocked and clean. VERY FRIENDLY OWNERS, they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The the river boat ride was awesome. Great food at the sandman restaurant.

The property was fine and out stay was good. However, the town of Blue River seems to have been hard hit by the Covid pandemic. A number of business that were there previously were gone or closed. We had dinner out of the gas station on the highway because nothing else was available.
