Location is good and rooms are not bad amd good enough. Grounds are dirty and poorly maintained. Outside of building looks poor and dilapitated. Service is non existent. There are no overnight staff to help if you have any issues. This was a Saturday night. The neighboring room let their phone ring all night (too drunk to hear it ringing). Called front desk and left 2 messages to try and resolve problem. Nobody working and I didnt even get a call back when they came into work at 9am. Eventually I got fed up and and banged on the divider wall to turn their phone ringer off. Finally they did but they thought it would be funny to then barricade my front door with patio chairs in the morning. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff one of girls laughed and thought this was funny. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here for this reason.

There were spider nests all around the door frame outside and in the corner inside. There was a thick spider web on the ledge of the window INSIDE with a huge spider right in the middle. I had to ask for a second room. It was a bit better but still had spider nests on the ceiling and window inside. Then there was no hot water in the morning after our first night. We confirmed with the other guests and then told the front desk. As least the front desk people were friendly and did their best to fix the issues.

we arrived at 5:30pm (1.5 hours after check in) to find our room was not ready yet. a 6 hour drive later with 4 kids in the car.. our room was finally ready at 8:30pm. the staff did not seem apologetic, did not notify hs ahead of time that our room would not be ready. and then to top it off we finally get in to see a bathroom covered in hair, no blankets on the beds, and 3 towels for 6 people. not a pleasant experience.

Best location!!
Absolutely amazing location. Great pool and even better staff who were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Beds... well not the comfiest but didn’t damper our trip. Would definitely go back and would recommend to other families. Thanks again for the great trip and we’ll see you soon!

I got bugs in bed. They had to change the couch.
Please make sure there is no bugs in bed. I got that. They changed the couch. Not clean. Aircondition makes noise a lot. We couldn't sleep at night. I will not suggest unless you really need.
