The breakfast was very good, better that in other hotels I have visited in Argentina. The room was spacious, quiet and well appointed. It was in a good location for visiting the recoleta area.

The location was excellent; just a 8 minute walk to the cemetary where Eva Peron is buried. We were about a 15 minute walk from the nearest Hop-On / Hop-Off bus station. Our room (805) was huge; the Internet worked perfectly and the breakfast (which is included with the room price) was very good. Unfortunately, the hotel was 100% booked; we had some very loud neighbours in 804 and PabNO (my nickname for Pablo) was not able to move us. South America uses a very distinct plug design, and while we brought a couple of converters, the room only had one plug that would accept our European converter. Unlike our hotel in Chile which had a bunch of Souuth American converters, PabNO said that ARC had none. And when we asked for an extra hour on check-out, once again, PabNO said NO. Love the hotel; PabNO; not so much.

A nice clean modern hotel, with an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. However no shower cap So difficult to avoid getting your hair wet under such a big shower. Made sure I had a plastic bag to put on my head for the 2nd morning!!! Also couldn't find a hair dryer! Great area to stay in, bustling with people & a great shopping mall a couple of minutes away & small supermarkets & lots of restaurants for interesting food. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding hotel! Huge room with lovely balcony and excellent bed! Large bathroom with excellent amenities. Breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking and exploring. We asked the front desk for a dinner restaurant recommendation and were very pleased with what they had suggested.

This was a great find in the quiet part of Buenos Aires of Recoleta. The staff accommodated the change from king to two twin beds upon our arrival. The front desk people and the servers all were fluent in English which made my stay easier to navigate. They staff was able to assist us with all the questions we had. The hot tub and the pool are on the smaller size so don’t expect to swim lapses here. Both saunas were great. The breakfast spread had something for everyone. I hope you get to enjoy ricotta cakes -they were truly magnificent. If you are a heavy coffee drinker like me, bring your own travel mug -the coffee/tea mugs are on dainty size. Our room had a shower, not tub. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Although it was just a beginning of spring here, we also were able to enjoy sitting on the balcony overseeing the street. The front desk people arranged our airport transport which was especially useful when we arrived. The Buenos Aires airport can be a bit hectic so this was most helpful. It was an excellent experience and great value for the money. If you are lucky to travel to the beautiful Buenos Aires, I highly recommend the hotel.

We found the Arc Recoleta to be a nice hotel comparable to a Hilton Garden or Hampton Inn. Nice location and excellent value. Location was superb and in the heart of Buenos Aires. Excellent English speaking staff. Restaurant was OK but not great. There was a place right around the corner that was really good. Lots of convenience stores to get groceries.
