We arrived after dark (11pm), the front desk was closed and as we were not provided with a map of the grounds, we could not locate our cabin. I tried calling the number, but was told by the automated message to leave a message. As we drove around the grounds, we saw a cabin just for staff, then we knocked on the door and finally tracked down a young staff who was off duty and he took us to our cabin in the dark. Once we arrived at our cabin, there were no lights outside, and the real cabin name was W instead of the WP. I think if it had not been of the young man, we would have slept in our car. The next morning, I explained our situation to the front desk staff and mentioned they should have a map of the site at the entrance showing the cabins location, but I was told they always send a map with the welcome email, not the case for us, maybe because we had booked thru Expedia. Regardless, she did not seem to care what had happened to us, making me feel like it was my fault for not being able to find my cabin in the pitched-black site that I had never been to before. I will not stay there again as the price was also too much for what we got.
