Bad experience
Just a terrible experience. Location is far from everything. You’ll never get a taxi. The room is old and worn out. The toilet didn’t work. The beds are hard. The chairs are uncomfortable. The breakfast is small, no refills. And the staff is unreliable and unfriendly. Ants and cockroaches in the rooms. Find another place even if it costs more!

Should have paid more and stayed elsewhere
I thought that I would save some money and stay away from the resort-type hotels. While the staff and people were always very friendly, the hotel is in need of serious attention. Room wifi was indicated as included - it worked in my room for 2 of the 5 days I was there, so I had to use a lot of my own data plan. Don't count on your Android devices getting a strong enough signal to connect. There was only one drawer in the dresser which could be used - I am glad that I traveled alone and didn't need more space! Since it was indicated not to drink the water, bottled was provided, which was nice. The bed was very hard but I was fine with that and slept well. The bathroom needs to be redone - it felt very much like somewhere I would have stayed in college when I had no $$ to spend. Taxis were easily available but I chose to walk to the #10 bus line (.25 miles) and to the "Fish Fry" on Arawak Cay (about .75 miles). The pool was small but never crowded, and it was nice to have a hot breakfast (limited menu). If you will be spending your time away from the hotel shopping or on a beach somewhere, this would be fine. For me, if I go back, I will spend the extra $ and stay somewhere nicer.
