We had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Gwanghamun! The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant are so friendly and provided excellent service! The breakfast was fantastic, flavourful, with a wide range of cuisines. The most perfectly cooked omelette made at the station was a particular highlight, including the coffee and bread pudding. The rooms were also immaculate and the bed was so comfortable, with great quality toiletries provided. The hotel’s location is also excellent with walkable distance to the palaces, supermarkets and various places to go for lunch, dinner and shopping especially due to the hotel’s central location. Saying that, the room was still quiet and allowed a comfortable and relaxing sleeping experience. We had a fantastic time at Shilla Stay Gwanghamun and would like to thank the excellent hotel staff for being so welcoming for our first time in Seoul (and Korea!).

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It is right beside the oldest temple in Seoul, and a few blocks away from the palace and culture street. Service people are courteous and speaks English. We enjoyed our stay there.
