Location was prime, just outside the Termini station. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.. The staff were nice as well.

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in by far! If it’s not the loud hallways echoing every bit of noise in to the rooms, then it’s the paper thin walls hearing every word and bathroom break of the other guests, not forgetting the loud shouting and screaming non stop of the homeless people hanging around the area. Not worth it at all!

The hotel is in the PERFECT location if you’re looking for something right by Termini station. If you exit from the correct door of the station you’re only outside for 15 seconds before arriving at the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean. The room was even smaller than we expected (and we expected small) it was difficult to even get a suitcase open in the space. That being said, it’s great for an overnight in and out from the airport.

Was a decent hotel at best, nothing special. The location is convenient next to the Termini station so would be a good place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. Service was perfectly fine, efficient and professional. The room was hit or miss, the renovated bathroom was nice but the beds were not comfortable at all and the walls are very think so there was a lot of noise coming through from other rooms and the door didn't go to the floor so light bled in from the hallway. It's a mediocre hotel at best, but a good location and an acceptable price if you have a train or flight the next morning, just wish I could have slept better.

You have to give and take for this hotel. While the room furniture is old and outdated this hotel makes it up with its location (just across the street from Roma Termini) and breakfast buffet selection. Breakfast was good with a variety of cold cuts and pastry. Good coffee too, made to order from freshly grounded beans.

I liked that it was so close to the train station . I only had 1 day in Rome before my flight home and I was situated close by to many major attractions. I loved my dining experience at “Andreas” that was walking distance from the hotel, recommended to me by a lovely young lady at the desk .

Compared to the photos on Expedia what we encountered was one of the filthiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in, including a very unprofessional staff.

I booked this hotel because it looked like the option with the best breakfast near Termini Station. It is right across the street. I was flying in that day with a connecting flight, staying two nights and wanted someplace easy to get to from the airport train even late at night. This is an old hotel, but very convenient and clean. My room had a window opening on a miniscule balcony which I used to chill my drinks. The hotel was packed with a Russian tour group and the two people stocking the buffet were racing around restocking. The Russians left by 8:30 am. The elevator is the size of a phone booth. I walked up and down even with my minimal luggage. I left the elevator for others. I have many electronics to charge so I had adequate extension cords and chargers. I used two outlets. I liked it enough to book it for two nights in my way home. On my way home, I booked a twin rather than double room. It was adequate but I will book a double room in the future. I am a NYC native. I live across the street from a 5 star plus hotel. There are garbage trucks at 4 am. If you are sensitive to noise, get industrial ear plugs or stay on a high floor of a hermetically sealed chain hotel.
