Very Good8.0
Very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with a balcony. The only issue was the mattress which was uncomfortable.

Not what we paid for.
I booked a certain room for me, my parents, my husband, and my two small children. I had to search around for a room that would comfortably fit all of us. I "found one" at Nitza's. When we arrived, she, for some reason, thought it was just supposed to be me. Even though I explicitly stated all of the guests that would be staying in the room. I even had to pay an "extra person" fee. When I said I had put in the request form the amount of people, Nitsa mumbled something about how she didn't read the request form or pay attention to it, or something. The room I requested had 4 twins and one full-sized bed. What we got was two twins and a very old, very terrifying bunk bed. I seriously feared for mine and my son's lives on the top bunk, and my husband's and daughter's lives, who were on the bunk below me. We gave my parents the two twin beds. If we had been staying longer than the one night, I would have demanded a new room, but it was late and we were waking up crazy early to go to the airport. I was too stressed out to make a big deal out of it, but I was really angry and unimpressed with the entire stay. On the upside, it was clean. That's about the only positive thing I can say about my experience.

Scammed for double payment!
The room was clean and tidy, although not in a great condition and there was an smell of smoke throughout the building, including the room we had. Still good value for money if we'd have only had to pay once. The hotel manager claimed she hadn't been paid and didn't accept that we had paid so we ended up having to pay her again to avoid trouble - just be warned.
