Lovely escape week
Slight overpriced as most LGBT establishments. Booked s suite with jacuzzi and love it ! Consirge Angel was super helpful.

Overly rated and still under construction
Overly rated and expansive for what you get. The hotel is still under renovation, so it is noisy all day long. Forget about taking a nap after the beach. Construction noise will keep you up. Will not go back. Also note that the standard room does not have ocean view, not even partial. Their web site doesn’t say that.

Great choice for Amapas Beach Area past Malecon
Amazing choice for many travelers. If you know the scene in Amapas beach area and you can walk up and down stairs or the rolling hills of this area of Puerto Vallarta then this will give you a great stay. Hotel was excellent and very accommodating. Beach traders got on my nerves but that's not the hotels fault. You get to use an exclusive private beach clubs swimming pool called Mantamar which is very sociable whilst the music beats on and on.

I'll be back!
This was the best 4 day get away I have ever done. I will be back. Who needs Vegas?

StairMaster not required
The hotel appears to still be under construction. The room was spacious, beautiful and well appointed. The location of the hotel against the side of the mountain results in three difficulties. First, there are only two ways into the hotel. From the beach side, it’s literally a five story walk up. From the road side, it’s up a steep cobblestone road to the 10th flor entrance. During our stay (and at checkout) that road was mostly closed for construction. (After checkout we had to walk down five floors to leave the hotel) Second, the hotel is very damp. Though this is “hot” season, the humidity at this hotel was far higher than the other two hotels we stayed at (Sheraton and Tropicana) on the same trip. The room was outfitted with an air conditioner and a separate dehumidifier. Even with those, the floor was literally always wet with condensation. We needed to hang out all our clothes when we arrived at our next hotel because they were all damp. Third, none of the common areas are air conditioned, and being closed in both the mountain side and sea side, they are very hot and stuffy. Service, I’ll offer an example. We arrived noon and check in is at 3. They kindly took our bags, but with no cool public areas and no access to swimming attire, we left the hotel and went to town, asking them to text us when the room was ready. We never got a text.
