We decided to treat ourselves with a staycation in our own city. This property is elegant and lovely, and everyone on staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. I will say for the price a few things could be improved. Check in is at 3pm but we could not receive a key until almost 4pm. We were told it was due to many departures that day plus extensive Covid sanitation protocol. We want to be as understanding and accommodating of hospitality businesses during this time, but at a rate of $465 per night before taxes and fees, I would expect the property to have enough people working to get rooms ready by check in time. Only in room coffee option was espresso, which is great if that’s your preference, but a full cup of coffee would be nice too.

It’s been well over a year since I stayed in any hotel. I’ve traveled and stayed in many hotels in my 40 years and I’ve never fallen in love with a hotel. There was a hostel in Greece once that came close. We are now in love with Sagamore Pandry and trying figure out when we will stay there again. From the moment a young man named Zakary met us as we stepped out of the car to the moment we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The comfort and cleanliness was top notch. Worth every penny.

This hotel is a real gem! The location is fantastic on the wharf and adjacent to Fell's Point and its many bars/restaurants. The hotel is beautifully done and the rooms are outstanding- modern with a very cool vibe. We loved the staff and the service throughout the hotel despite the Covid restrictions.

My stay at the hotel was great. However, the hotel is located in the heart of fells point and my Harbor view room faced the pier where people were able to stay out there all night and party pass 3:30 a.m. We did not get any sleep. I complained to the Hotel and they agreed, we called the police they never came and it was just horrible which makes it bad business for this hotel. Will not stay again until the City and it's officials get this nuisance activity under control in this area.
