Happy Home 2c, Rome

Pros: Easy walk to train station & Coloseum. Area not the nicest but safe. The ladies in charge of maintenance were angels! Breakfast just ok but you can leave things in the fridge. Cons: Rooms start to age (not as nice as the photos...). Seems to be owned by a big management cie, not the charming feeling of a B&B... They did not return my e-mail the previous day and only Italian speaking at check-in. Overall: ok if you just want a place to sleep downtown to do sightseeing and comfort not your main concern. I would not return...

We stayed at happy home for two nights and our stay was very comfortable. Danielle, the owner of the b&b was very helpful and nice. He guided us in every possible way he can do. The room is very clean and bright and actually modern. The breakfast is very good, they have varieties of Danish and brioche as well as cereals. The area was really close to the termini station and about 10 mins walk. The only thing we had a little bit of trouble is the wifi. We do not get a lot of signal in our room. But in the breakfast lounge, the wifi was very good. Other than that, nothing else to be improved. It was a very nice stay and will definitely recommend it.

We stayed here just one night before our flight home and chose it for its proximity to Termini station so we could easily take the Leonardo Express to Fiumcino airport in the morning. It was well-located for our purpose but less ideal for a longer stay as it was rather noisy at night even with earplugs. As we had to leave by 8:00, we did not get to try the breakfast. The bed was big, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was big by European standards and clean except for the margins of the shower which need a good scrub to get the pink gunk off.

The location is 5 min walk from the train station. The owner is very friendly & nice, He pointed out the must see attractions based on our length of stay. This airbnb provides simple breakfast even though it was listed as breakfast is not included. There is a share kitchen w refrigerator, utensils, coffee maker & electric water kettle.

Travelled Italy many times. This stay was excellent. Cool.stress free. Coming back to Rome I would want stay here. Staff lovely, helpful and kind.
