Great stay!
The hotel is very convenient for a visit to Zion National Park. There are closer hotels to the Park, but the prices to stay at the La Quinta in La Verkin made it more affordable.

Poor service, hotel needs some repairs
Hot tub didn’t work, my toilet wobbledcehen you sat on it. The USB plugs in the walls didn’t work. We were double charged for our rooms, when we checked in they were having computer glitches. I am assuming that is why we got double charged. But the lady at the desk was not professional. We had 3 people each in different rooms. All 3 got double charged for the whole weekend stay. Manager not onsite. No one to discuss issues with. I was given an email to reach out to managers. Poor customer service when there are issues. I sent an email and still have not heard back. It’s been over 24 hrs since email was sent and no reply. I will dispute charge on My card. Because manager not helping resolve issues.

Hotel looks good from outside and lobby but room..
My room had holes at towel bar, Tolet was loose and it felt like it was going to brake. Bathroom vent was dirty. No room service. Room wasn't made up. The only good things about the hotel was Tesla Charging and 24hr coffee.
