Wish Every Airport Had One Like This!
Due to some health issues i have a hard time flying long distance and like/need to take a break to rest and stretch as soon after the flight as possible. This made that quest so easy! Was a little confused at first booking the room with the various time limits but found the check in to be very accommodating and quick (nice when you are foggy after a cross-pacific trip). The room was small and comfy and useful. I do not like capsule hotels (need space to move around) nor dorms style (i like privacy) and this provided both. The showers at the end of the hall were clean and hot and never busy. The room was simple and had all you needed. The only complaints were: figuring out which terminal to book at as my incoming flight was in a different one than my departing flight - that's on me but just do your research as the airport is massive (and lovely). the fan/AC in the room was pretty loud (earplugs help) which isn't a huge deal but since everything else was very well soundproofed, it seemed odd. Oh one more thing, there is a swimming pool at the airport so take your suit and take a dip after your long flight, i will next time. I wish all airports had these. So much better than way overpriced (especially when you are in transit), or often ummm... sketchy, airport hotels. Not having to brave the outside world is very handy and makes travel much more possible for me.

Excellent transit option BUT CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!
Singapore has an amazing airport including this airside transit hotel complete with swimming pool, gym, library lounge, etc. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The hotel is very attractive and kept very quiet for ease of sleep. My only complaint is that the shared bathrooms were filthy. During my 12-hour stay, they never seemed to be cleaned. Use the toilets and showers at your risk as they are swarming with germs and filth (I noted unflushed toilet, dirty tissues on the counter, dirty towels lying on the floor and in shower, hairs, used tooth paste and spit all over the sink...the public toilets in the general airport area were actually much cleaner by comparison. All this place needs is an attendant that sanitizes the bathrooms after each use. If you can afford it, opt for the rooms with private bathrooms and save yourself the unpleasantness of filthy showers, sinks and toilets.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life
Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life... and I' 76 years old. We booked for one night in the hotel an airport transit hotel, because we had an 18 hour layover there. We paid for it in advance and were even sent a confirmation from the booking company (hotels.com) with the exact time and date from check-in to departure... exactly. We even got another confirmation two days before we left showing the exact correct information. Then, when we arrived at the Aerotel in Singapore and tried to book in, they told us the reservation had expired... and of course, we could extend for another night at almost double the rate we had already paid for. This was not late or anything. It was at 3:30 pm on the day we had confirmed. So we spent the night sleeping in the plastic seats at the airport, as we had no way to go out of the airport and getting something reasonable in the city... 😏. We were "in transit" and had to stay in the airport transit hotel... in the airport complex. With my wife's handicap of kyphosis, you can imagine how uncomfortable she was. It has been Straight headache city since the incident.

Perfect for a transit hotel
We stayed here for 6 hours which includes breakfast as well. We took a family plus room and it came with two semi double beds. Room and toilet were clean. Highly recommend.
