Very nice hotel
The shower door opens directly into the room. Nowhere to hang anything inside of the shower. The rooms are very nice. Good buffet hot breakfast. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Personnel very informative. A few steps away from Torre de Belem.

Very Good 8.0
I think the price is very high for the experience. We had to wait about 30 min for water/drinks by the pool. There were not enough seats for the restaurant outside. The staff was not very helpful with this at all. We were in a suite and it was nice but it could have been so much more beautiful.

Fabulous base for NOS Alive Festival
This was a beautiful hotel, which has been very thoughtfully designed around the existing ancient building. It was an excellent location for us as we were attending the NOS Festival in Alges and it was an easy trip into the centre of Lisbon by bus or tram. Both indoor and outdoor pool areas were fabulous and offered a welcome break between our hectic nights out at the festival. My only suggestion would be that they offer a later breakfast/brunch during the festival, as most of the guests were there for the festival and we had to wait for a table on several mornings due to the amount of people coming down just before they finished serving at 10.30am. However, the staff managed this well and were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.
