Fun Family Stay
Our stay was very pleasant. Although I will say that i have stayed at more up to date Hampton Inn's before.The room we stayed in seemed to have needed to have some updated furniture,such as the desk was chipped.(Not a big deal but just wasn't something I expected to see at a Hampton.Upon check in arrival,Dillon,the desk clerk was a bit nonchalant & sort of on the rude side.He just wasn't very welcoming at all!I explained to him at my arrival,that i did not want to use the card that I made the reservation with to pay for our stay,& that I wanted to use another card.He then told me that i woule have to take care of that at check out time.I thought something was wrong with that but I just listened to what he said & proceeded on to my room.Sooo,needless to say at checkout time,the desk clerk at that time explained to me that my reservation card had already been charged & that he was supposed to have taken care of that at check in time.(like I thought)!The checkout out clerk was very nice & helpful!She was willing to correct the problem but I was in kind of a rush & told her not to worry about it.Her name is Carrie.If only all of the desk clerks were like her,it would have been a wonderful stay!I give her a thumbs 👍.So other than the one nonchalant & rude clerk,my stay was very pleasant.I will visit again.
