I enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Hotel in Nicaragua. I would like to specially thanks Carlos and Priscilla (the waiters), they were really nice and kind specially with my family in Managua. They were always with a smile on their face happy to help the customers. Also, I want to thanks Jacqueline (the housekeeping) for being patient, sweet and very efficient with everything I requested to be comfortable in the rooms. In the front desk, Elvis was very polite and fast with the checking in/out and any information regarding our accommodation. At time of leaving, I suggested Astrid they should put an ice cream station for kids and I also mentioned a one time uncomfortable situation with the bar staff regarding charging water to customers. I didn't like the way they approached to us and told us that the water we were drinking had to be pay, when in breakfast time noone was charging for it. I guess there was no communication between the staff and the way they sound telling us to pay was not nice. Overall, we had a great vacation and hope the Hyatt continue to be a family friendly hotel.
