Almost froze to death in the cold. No one answered the doorbell when I arrived at 9PM. The place is in a boring and bleak parking lot near the airport. Super disappointing.

my stay was non existent as when we tried to call to arrange check in nobody answered and all we got was a voicemail for a woman called Karen we went to the place anyway and spent half hour ringing the bell people turned lights on and then turned them back off and ignored us I really hope I get my money back because this was a joke so basically seeing as you can't get in anyway you may as well save your money and spend the night at the airport providing of course that you not planning on getting any sleep at all.

It's Really a Hostel
It's really a Hostel. A partially converted second floor office space. I booked only 2 days in advance and by the time they notified me by email that the A/C was down and it was really hot, I did not have time to re-book elsewhere. The said there were windows that opened but they were very small, not like the ones in the photo. I did see that unit when I left but mine was not like that. There was a lot of space in the room and if the A/C was working it would have been a good value for the cost. Staff was very polite and helpful. They need to supply maps and directions for getting there from the airport because walking there is anything but clear with all the express roadways and bridges. It's probably only a one kilometerm walk - I suggest going on google maps/earth for a visual and directions from the viscount station.

Nap Station is very close to YYZ
Nap Station is very close to YYZ but not walkable. We have to learn to take monorail link from Terminal 1 at YYZ to Viscount station, then Taxi ($6.50) to Nap Station.

You get what you pay for
I guess you get what you pay for. I only needed a place to stay before flying out of Toronto early the next morning. The 'nap station' seemed like such a great concept and the photos looked great. What they didn't tell us was that this was an abandoned old office building in the airport area where they tried to make it look like a hotel. Luckily I still had my rental car as it wasn't easy to get to - and luckily my GPS on my phone took me right to the place. The reception area was nice and the girl who greeted me was professional and helpful. What I didn't like however was that the room smelled like mothballs when I got in there. The towel they gave me wasn't that clean, I wondered about how clean the bedding actually was, the room had other doors that were locked and I didn't know what was behind them. And although it was advertised that the bathrooms were shared, I felt so isolated in the middle of the night when I got up to walk down the hall to use the rest room. Was there any security in the building? Who else was staying there? What if I met someone in the hallway at 2 am? It gave me an eerie feeling and I was glad to finally leave at 5:30 am.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice room, nice people
To be frank with this price I only expected a clean bed and a shower, but what I got was far beyond my expectation. The hostel looked like an isolated house from its outside appearance, but the inside was so nice and comfortable. The public spaces were large and bright, with nice and clean desks so you could do some work there. There was a kitchen if you like to cook by yourself. The bedroom I resided in was very quiet and had a large bed and a nice couch. There were not many bedrooms (8 I believe?), so although you get shared shower and restrooms, there's no need to wait. And everything was very clean. The people there are very nice too. The day before I arrived there I received an email from Karen asking about my check-in time and describing the place in detail (with shared showers and bathrooms, etc.). They also showed me how to take the free train to the airport. I don't usually write reviews on expedia but I do want to recommend this place. It is not a fancy hotel, but to a traveller who wants to stay one night or two near the airport it is absolutely a good choice. Just remember to check your email before the day you check in.

Good for a Quick Stop
Nice convenient location close to the airport, just a bit sketchy looking. Earlier departures could be heard leaving by the slamming of the exit door, otherwise prefect for a quick stop over.
