Alarming stay.
There were two fire alarm activations in the middle of the night. One at 1:20 AM which lasted about 5 minutes and the second around 3 am which lasted about a minute. They were both false alarms caused by routy guests that were participating in room parties that should have never happened due.to COVID-19. This was very disruptive and I was exhausted the following day. The hotel is clean and brand new, beds were comfortable.

Elevator wasnt working. Had to lug our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Felt sorry for elderly and out of shape guests. Elevator wasn't fixed the next morning either. To go breakfast was cokkies and cofee. Bagels if you were lucky. Dont know why i paid extra for hie. When nothing extra was provided.

Redding is always great at the Hilton Express!
Overall our trip was great. Wonderful service by the staff. Unfortunately the elevator was not working. Our room was set to be on the third floor, but we were offered another room on the first floor.
