Not the star rating it was been given.
Be careful if you get a room on the 10th floor. I could hear the bar music from 8:00am to 12:00 midnight. People were smoking in the hall way or in the stair well. Could smell smoke in hall way. Noticed a big water leak in the ceiling above the bed.

Great hotel, great location
Really great hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom and hot shower. It had tea, coffee and mini bar. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast and there’s a nice pool and pool bar. The location is fantastic, in Bukit Bintang only a few mins walk from the train station and the bus stops, including the free ‘Go KL' bus. It’s just off a main road which is ideal for a solo female traveller like me. I’d definitely stay again!

Great stay & convenient
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is easily accessible as well after we found it. The staff service is good and even arrange for complimentary cake and balloons. Too bad we only stayed level 5 so the view are not as expected. Dropped a email via company website but no response on arrangement. The room for improvement I can propose are the toiletries used and glass of pool be cleaned since its infinity pool. Other than these, it's great!
