Amazing location and great service!

Beds are uncomfortable, no hot water at all, air conditioning very noisy

Good location. Close to bus stop and metro station. Small room. Difficult to find a space to open a 28” suitcase. Drinking Cups were dirty. Exchanged to clean ones after calling the front desk. Small wash room. Toilet paper stored in an awkward location. Shower head leaks. Seems lacking Maintenance. Due to the leaking of shower head, the water covering range is reduced, which makes it easy to touch the shower handle while in use.

The rooms were small. But they were enough for the time we stayed. The rooms were clean and never a problem. Location was good, a 10 min cab ride from most tours. So easy to get around. No breakfast included and room services doesn’t open up until 11:30. However there are options in the lobby and a couple restaurants attached to the hotel outside that have good food options. The pool is very nice and relaxing. You can see the flyer from the pool which is nice. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. You can book tours in the main lobby which is great and convenient. You can also book an airport shuttle from them as well for $6SGN/person which was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boss.

rooms size were too small everything else was good

This is a strange hotel because it has a big beautiful reception area and very attentive staff but you get to the room and the rooms are teeny tiny. Fortunately we had a balcony which was as big as our room. We actually stored our luggage out on the balcony because there was no room in our room.

Loaction was great. Property offers shuttle services for 6 dollars per person but it only runs twice a day, 11am and 3pm.

Amazing service. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

When we arrived, there was issues with our reservation with Expedia but we were not made aware of until the next day We found hair in the first room we got, but thankfully Hidayah-one of the managers helped with the reservation issue and made sure we were happy. Some of the front desk staff were not helpful. Overall, we were happy with the hotel. The second room we got was clean and comfortable. Rooms are very tiny but if you're looking for a place to sleep, hotel Boss is conviently located near an MRT station.

Hotel was central and easy to get to. It’s a big site with lots of people. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed. Pol was nice, gym was a bit lacking overall a great stop for one night before flying out the next day.
