Location!!!!
The hotel was super clean and beautiful. The little balcony was one of my favorite things. People complain about the shower but I thought it was cool and I had privacy. Only thing is that I had to ask twice for everything from the desk. No one was rude, just forgetful maybe? I probably would not stay again but the location was amazing!!!

Excellent hotel 😃
Lovely hotel in perfect location, less than 5 minutes from Metro station, tram and bus stops and multiple stops, bars and restaurants. Nice room, would have liked a little more space to hang clothes and put bags but overall a great place to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff, surprised me on my birthday with a bottle of wine and cakes, which was lovely ❤️ We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lisbon.

Great hotel in the middle of old town Lisbon. Modern, clean room and linens. Very helpful front desk. Literally 5 minutes walk to the central plaza with various eateries. I highly recommend and certainly would not hesitate to stay there again. A five star hotel with a four star price.

Great Room, Great Price, Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the Turin very much. It was in walking distance to restaurants, churches, stores, and the train was close by to take us to other areas. The staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were clean with great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We are even looking at staying at a Turim in other parts of Portugal because it was so nice. We will also be returning to this hotel when we return to Lisbon.
