Excellent country hotel
On our way back from a skiing holiday we wanted to try a traditional hotel rather than a 'business' style place. This hotel is only 5 minutes off the autobahn and easy to find. It lies on a bend in the river with the hillside behind covered in vines. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the nearest town. We did not explore the surrounding area but it looks to be very pretty and talking to the hotel staff the local railway line is a good way to explore. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Our room was very comfortable and of a good size, as was the bathroom, and It looked as though it had been recently refurbished. We had an excellent dinner with excellent service. The breakfast choice included both buffet style and cooked options and it would have been good to have had a fresh fruit option.` It was clear that we were off season as there were only half a dozen guests so I cannot comment on how the hotel would be at a busy time. If are looking for a traditional hotel I would recommend this one One potential downside is that car parking space seems to be limited which could be an issue at peak periods. Overall I would recommend the hotel

This is a nice place . It was very warm and without window screens or AC , the choice is difficult . The area is beautiful , the hotel is very good and has a rec room with billards and games . large rooms and a good staff .

The owners and staff were excellent. They could not be more helpful. Having a busy 10 year old boy was no trouble to the staff who always have a ready smile. The food was fantastic. We will go back.

Great area in the nature, mountains and the lake, but pretty far from the city. Friendly personnel, very nice breakfast. The room comfort was basic, small blanket, dated furniture.

Unsere Nacht mit einer 8-er Gruppe war sehr angenehm. Die Besitzerin ist mit Leidenschaft dabei und immer präsent, falls Fragen bestehen. Ein gutes Hotel mit viel kleinem liebevollen Schnickschnack.
