Good 6.0
Rogers Cup weekend
Visited Montreal with my daughter to watch Rogers Cup. We didn't need fancy lodgings and this was a great fix for us. We were gone most of the time. The mini fridge was convenient but access to a microwave, kettle or coffee maker in a common area would have been nice. The residence is so close to public transit that we were able to get where we wanted to go quite easily. The pillow left a lot to be desired. Loved the old style architecture of the building.

Good 6.0
Overall satisfactory experience e
Bedsheets, pillow covers and room could be more cleaner but for the price I could not ask for a better place. Location is excellent.

Exceptional 10.0
Great for what you pay.
Great location for doing 'tourist' things (near Metro, downtown, shopping, etc...). It's not meant to be fancy, but clean and secure. Only issue (and knew it was a possibility) was if hot and humid. It was so the rooms can get hot as the room fans only help so much. Staff were helpful

Very Good 8.0
Service was really friendly, Security constantly was at the front entrance and really friendly. Great location with metro station. Hot July weekend with no AC in room, window barely open however they had a fan set up next to the bed. Towel was clean but had an hair stuck on it that was obviously not mine.
Melissa, ca2 night trip
Poor 2.0
First poor accommodations in five years.
I booked two rooms with a shared bath, when they say shared bath they mean with all guests sharing the entire floor, men, women and children. Anyone can come in while you're showering etc. There's about 30 rooms with just two showers (potentially 60 people sharing) plus the showers were out of order and had signs posted not to use. I checked out without staying. I was expecting two rooms with a shared bath between just those two rooms like my daughter's dorm. This should be explained clearer on the website and a full refund given if the showers are broke/shared with 30+ other rooms without disclosing these details. A few other things to be aware of: There was no manager on site. It was a Thursday afternoon. No AC and it was 90° Mattress was more like a mattress topper than a mattress. This is really bare bones accommodations
