Great stop on the way around Skye
We stopped here overnight to allow us to do a loop of Skye the next day. The hotel room was recently renovated, and the bar and restaurant were comfortable and friendly . There is also a great whisky bar next door(image at attached) that is part of the hotel . Would definitely stay here again.

A GEM!
What a wonderful stay! The room was large and fit a family of 4 well. The hotel has charm and views to die for. Beautiful hiking right off the grounds of the hotel. Food in the main dining was amazing, for dinner and breakfast, and all the people working couldn’t have been kinder! We were at Seamus’ bar the second night, and a ceilidh started!!! It was an amazing place! We are usually not the type of people to go back to a place more than once but this would absolutely be an exception! We cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay! We got married across the street by the bridge. Had the perfect dinner inside afterward. Our whole experience was so nice and staff was so friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable.

The hotel itself is Tired and dark. The staff were helpful. The bar was full and not enough seating for the residents. It is overpriced. The dining room was overly lit and the staff ate their meals in the dining room!! It will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. I would not recommend this hotel It needs a complete refurbishment, My husband described it as a piece of 1970s tat.
