We booked this hotel based on the images on Expedia. However, when we arrived we realized this hotel was a fraud. The pictures were misleading and the rooms looked nothing like that pictures. The rooms were filthy, never been cleaned, the furniture was broken. We told the hotel we wanted to cancel and would find another hotel for our stay. The hotel agreed to cancel the booking however on my credit card I see that we were still charged for this booking. I would like a full refund because we did not stay at this hotel and the listing on Expedia is misleading and fraudulent. I would never have been the hotel if the pictures were real. They used fake images on Expedia.

Pros : Yes I would stay again here The best location On the beach Big comfortable rooms and big impressive bathroom Nice pool Gym Staff speak English Sea view from my room was lovely Nagatives: Check in is very slow and I waited in a queue for one hour You have to pay a daily fee for internet but internet is free at most other hotels in the resort The food at the hotel is horrible, the worst I had at a hotel, best to book it without food room only The gym is down a dark corridor and he said there was no light in the corridor bit once there it was fine

Bad,bad,bed!No parking they asked me to go and find parking somewhere around the block but all parking are paid parkings and they are full all the time.I had terrible experience with this place .Make sure if you book this place don’t go with the car.

The best location, The worst service
Great location, great outlook, great pool. The worst breakfast and dinner - dirty restorant where you can find food from last night at the breakfast. Dinner is 60% frozen food as you can see on the picture.
