I was not very impressed with some of the amenities provided. The pool towel service was poor due to them not having clean towels on the occasions we requested them. I asked for an extra pillow due to a health concern but this was not available which is understandable as i should have requested before checking in however the manner and service in response was not to my liking. The property itself is clean and rooms were kept tidy. I really appreciated their green key certification and their role in helping the environment.

Our stay at Shepard's inn was fair. We planned a lot of activities outside of the property and only stayed to sleep and have breakfast. For this purpose it was suitable. However, the property is a bit outdated and would benefit from some modernization. The daily breakfast options were both limited and inconsistent. There were the same options offered every morning but the the quality was significantly different each time. During the day water pressure in the rooms was very low and even stopped completely once. I would not stay again and do not think it was worth the money.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, however lots of noise due to renovations in the building. One thing I didn’t like was how close the room where in the cabin I was able to hear the other guest conversation clear as day and even when they snoring at night but overall the stay was nice and everything was In close proximity. The staff was really friendly and helpful and room service was always on point.

Stay was Ok… I’ve stayed there many times before and it was more or less the same… Had a couple of British guests in the rooms next door, that was quite chatty and loud right outside my door … Spoke to the front desk and the noise stopped almost immediately …
