    Boa estadia em Campos, próximo ao Centro.

    Bom hotel em Campos, com todas as amenidades, próximo do centro turístico, bom café da manhã e boa estrutura. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O quarto tem estrutura antiga, necessita de uma modernização, assim como algumas instalações do hotel.

    Excelente custo benefício

    Bem localizado, quarto bem confortável, só achei o box muito pequeno, mas é só um detalhe. Café da manhã satisfatório, com bolos deliciosos, além de oferecer um café da tarde. Muitas áreas em comuns confortáveis, o que faz o tempo dentro hotel ficar bem agradável.

    Custo benefício não compensa

    Pela diária de R$520 c/impostos esperávamos mais do hotel. Ele tem um café da manhã bom, c/sucos naturais. E oferta um café da tarde c/canjica no fogão de lenha que achamos muito simpático. O que pesa negativamente é são as instalações meio detonada como batente da porta do banheiro se deteriorando, a pia vazando e acumulando água pois estava meio entupida. O chuveiro c/pouca água e regulagem ruim.

    Decepção

    Estava tudo ótimo , até à hora de tomar banho , a água não esquentou , pedimos ajuda ao pessoal do hotel , ela tb não , consegui arrumar, pedi se podia arrumar um quarto só para tomar banho , não fui atendida , por que tinha esperar a gerente chegar para autorizar, falei que nós tinha-mos compromisso , ela falou não podia fazer nada sem autorização da gerente !!!!! Conclusão tomei banho friooooooo , !!!!!!e na hora do café uma outra hóspede ao sentar na cadeira ela desmoronou ,um perigo e ninguém do hotel apareceu para ajudar , nós que acudimos essa senhora . Então manutenção está bem falha !!!!!! Que pena
