The location is perfect. I was disappointed during the check in process . My passport and credit card were scanned and then she wants me to write down all the important and secured informations on their forms .I refused to fill it up since that paper would not be secured.. I want to use the coffee maker but it was up to top of the shelf, even my tall husband couldn't reach. Bought Starbucks instead.

Atrocious Stay at Unlawful Apt - DO NOT BOOK!
The apt was in absolutely the worst condition and had several code violations. The experience was so atrocious that we had to book another hotel after the first night due to a dangerous incident overnight. The incident involved a hot pipe that runs from the ceiling through the corner of the wall that borders the bed. While we were sleeping, my boyfriend almost got burned, which led us to file a complaint with the guy in charge downstairs. While we knew that the booking was non-refundable, we explained that this was unacceptable due to the apt not being up to code. The guy didn't budge and did not accept our request even though we were willing to leave. Secondly, the apt is advertised for 4 people, but it really accommodates 2 people. In addition, to go to the bathroom, you have to pass through the kitchen and if somebody is cooking, there's no way to get out. To top it off, all the furniture was in poor condition. It even seemed there was mold on the night table. Towels weren't provided, we had to ask for them. The pillows were yellow and the sheets were stained. The window height is also not up to code. If you open the window, someone can easily fall out. Lastly, the check-out process took 20 minutes, which is very unreasonable. I've been trying to request a refund from Hotels.com and they've tried to get in contact with the establishment, but of course they're not answering. I advise that this apt should be removed from Hotels.com as it is dangerous and unlawful.
