Was pretty clean but outdated, could use an overhaul. Bathroom trim was swelled on the door from water damage. Hallway stunk like smoke from the smoking rooms.

This is our go-to hotel when we have certain functions to attend in the Parkland area of Edmonton (it's less than 10 minutes from the establishment we go to). The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are all friendly and welcoming. This hotel is pet friendly and their rates are very reasonable. Don't expect a view from any room but this is not an issue as we pretty much only use the room to get ready and for sleep. I have always recommend this hotel and will continue to do so.
