Nice hotel but very tiny rooms
The hotel is ok. Staff is nice and try to accommodate. The main issue with this hotel is that the rooms are very very small. This was unexpected - it was not visible on any of the pictures I saw before my trip. I was initially put in a tiny room without any space to eat. We had to eat on the bed on top of bath towels. My two small carry-on suitcases could not fit in the tiny wardrobe. I was eventually moved to a slightly larger room where we could eat on a small table. The bathrooms are very small as well with no space at all to put toiletries. Otherwise, everything else was ok. This hotel is perfect for a short stay. I stayed for 9 nights and the lack of space was quite annoying. I have never in my whole life seen such a small hotel room. In Canada, this is quite comparable to a University Dorm room. I would stay again (if I really have to) but at least I will be mentally ready for the tight space..

Good rooms, need better service
The check in/out processes were easy, but it was challenging to get to our room with our suitcases across the street from the main building (really busy road with a lot of cars driving fast, no nearby pedestrian crossing and no one from the hotel to assist). We got a room located behind a door leading to 2 rooms across each other and we could hear everything happening in the other room like we were sharing it (not so nice to any of the guests). The cleaning was ok but one evening we got back to a half made room and found out that the hotel thought it's important to change the lamps above the beds to a different kind and that Interfered with the cleaning work. After I complained they brought us clean towels, bed sheets etc. (I was told a manager would reply the day after but he wrote back only after I checked out.), the day after we didn't get any toilet paper refill. The receptionist knock one night on all the doors at 10pm to ask which room asked for A/C help and woke us up (and all the rest of the guests our floor). Overall it's a nice hotel but the service could be much better, some of the receptionists were nice and willing to help, others not. It's a shame you can't call the front desk from the rooms and if you don't have a way to call inside England you need to fight the traffic to get to the front desk. Location is not great but fair, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from a big subway station and got another subway station 2 minutes walk that works only on weekends.

Nice boutique hotel close to central London
Overall, the hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, prompt to responses. It's close to the Sainsbury's store and another small convenience store. The Costa cafe is within walking distance. There is a pub about a block from the hotel and a few restaurants on the main Kensington Road. The slight inconvenience is that the train station is an overground station. It was a little complicated to change to the underground tube. There are no services to the Earl's Court station on weekdays. You will have to be attentive to be on the right platform to get to the city line tube, otherwise you will end on the opposite direction, loosing another 10-15 mins.
