Worst Place I have ever stayed.
This apartment doesn’t have hot water in the shower. SoFla vacations has terrible customer service. Everyone I spoke to said they would fix it. Never did. Unit smelled and was noisy. Sheets smelled. Hair everywhere. Stay anywhere but here. I travel weekly and spend over 200 days a year in hotels. This is the absolute worst stay I can remember in years.

bed is very comfortable with good quality of beddings. - The pictures don’t reflect the actual room. - Bathroom has black molds and other gunks. - hand soap seems cheap and mixed with two kinds of soap in a commercial bottle, no vanity kit, no first aid kit, no laundry bags. - in general, it seems cheap and gets stripped down to a bare minimum. I have photos to prove all of the above.

Disappointed is a understatement. We have stayed several times at Arya in other units under different property management companies. We love the area where it is located; however, This unit needs to be updated. The bed lamp on the right side is hanging by a thread; the coffee maker is so old, that is embarrassing. The quality of coffee, toilet paper, soap, towels and pillows is so low that we were just disgusted. There was poor communication as we were not told the unit number or if parking was included, which the front desk didn’t handle well either. One of the ladies gave us attitude as soon as we told her we were staying at a private unit. We were not able to check in before 4 pm, so we did at 4:30 and the room reeked of bleach. We had to leave as we couldn’t stand the smell. The balcony offered no privacy as it is shared with the unit next door which was also rented and they spent a long time outside and we could hear their conversation. We had to close our curtain to get some sort of privacy (so much for paying extra for the view). Bottom line, we won’t be staying at this unit ever again or under this property management.
