Very Basic hotel with no frills
Building was old and room very old. It was really a basic hotel with no frills. Hotels in Paris are expensive so you really get what you pay for. The wifi was horrible. You can only log onto one device. Breakfast for 6 Euros not worth it, you are better off eating out. The bathroom was the worst with horrible tiles and black caulking, looked like dirt to me. The surrounding area is not the best, dirty and lots of questionable characters in the night but loads of stores and eating places. It's also next to the metro so a plus. However, the noise from the trains and police cars was very loud and at times off putting since I had to open the windows as there is no A/C. Overall if you are looking for a basic hotel to just lay your head and keep your belongings, which was my goal as I was out all day, then not a bad place. This is not a place I would like to stay at again though due to the area and hotel condition when next I visit Paris.

It's essentially a bed and breakfast, conveniently located opposite the metro. You're in central Paris in 20 min. There's also 24 hr reception for security.

The hotel is in the middle of the city (not directly in the middle, but amidst the city), thus there is a lot of noise from the streets. But other than that, it's conveniently located, clean, safe and super close to the Metro. Enjoyed my stay there.
