Lovely and comfortable
It is a cosy relaxed and warm hotel. The staff are fantastic and so helpful they really make you feel at home. From arranging a taxi to getting a pizza on a rainy night, or booking an exelent restaurant. we could relax on the lounge with a bottle of wine and some food after a day of walking around Santiago . Thank you Connie for an exelent stay.

Home away from home....
We love this hotel, its like coming home. Constance and Sra Soledad are just so lonely, nothong is too much trouble and the other girls are just as lovely. We will be back.

Great value and lovely stay
I stayed for one evening and 2 days. I was greeted by my host and she was beyond pleasant. She also spoke excellent English which was hard to find in Chile and not expected. She allowed me to leave my bag as I was too early for check in when I arrived. She was a great help in suggesting places to visit and which ones were over rated. There is a lovely living room area and dining room with an enclosed backyard area to relax on the property. My room was very clean and comfortable. The entire B&B is clean, safe, and comfortable. It has a nice feel to it overall. As mentioned in other reviews, the floors are wooden and they creak. I was never woken up or disturbed by them from my neighbors. I think I was hypersensitive to it from having read about them in advance. The floors are beautiful and original so expect creaking. No big deal. My room had lovely large windows which on the second floor which opened up to overlook the back garden. A nice breakfast was included too. The location is in an area which as a single female traveling alone, I felt safe. You can take the transvip shuttle to and from the airport. It will drop you off directly in front of the property for $12 one way. My host helped me book it. She was truly fantastic. Transvip was an excellent value in comparison to the $40 cab fare. I would and have recommended this property to my friends who travel often. I would return if I visit Santiago again. Only con was many attractions were a good walk away.

Quaint little hotel with tons of charm
I LOVED this hotel! Only 8 rooms in a great location, though not in the center of tourist area (which was ok with me) it's easy to get wherever you want to go. Constanza was so helpful with whatever I or other guests that were there needed. Heleany was also so nice, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast not only good tasting, but presented so beautifully as was everything in the hotel. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and the time spent there more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, unless you want a sleek, modern, near lot's of "action". I loved that you even had old fashion keys to lock and unlock your doors, also there is 24 hour staff to help you. Can't say enough good things about this place!
