Well to pay full price for rooms when no amenities are open, is just ridiculous. If chlorine does not kill germs what would? Due to covid restrictions, it would have been nice to be notified that gym and pool were closed No reason to charge full price to guests when no amenities are open. Not the friendliest staff for sure, breakfast lady (older) was very pleasant, but the rest, thumbs down.

Great location in downtown North Bay. Hotel was accommodating when we had to reschedule. It's also dog-friendly so our poodle could stay. Front desk was very helpful with all questions. The pool is great but does require some repair work on some of the tiles which have come off and are a bit dangerous. Otherwise, excellent place. I recommend.

Surprising maintenance issues for a new property
Fairly new property, and a nice spacious room with modern appliances. But the shower head dripped noisily all night long, and the heater is loud (like the fan needs to be repaired). Maybe just Rm 102, I dont know.
