It was very comfort, clean and staf was very friendly. Cleaning staff took my Wife's cosmetic. I complain but after two days till checkout there was no answer/action. Location and Parking area is excellent. Issac and Shikrova were helpfull.

Absolutely loved the art and vintage decor of the hotel. Our room had a pleasant view of the city and an apartment building across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was free and delicious — we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was well maintained, the staff was courteous and friendly. Carathotel made our short stay in the city pleasant and comfortable. It was within walking distance to local attractions, fine restaurants and barbershops (my husband received a nice haircut at a local barber). Although we were tourists we felt completely at home. The bathroom had a bathtub and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the train. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Our first stay there and it not be the last one. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. Location could not be better in walknd dist. to public Transportation. Train Sta, noble Mile Old Town (Rhine). Breakfast with good variety, fresh and plentiful. The Room clean and quiet (our was to the Street on the 4th Floor) with a comfy Bed. We'll go there again.
