The staff on site were absolutely amazing! We had a beach front hotel room and despite the constant sand in the room we always came back from breakfast to a clean room! The free breakfast every morning was a huge plus as it was absolutely delicious. The bikes provided at the property were free to rent for guests. The hotel was located near everything. They also provided two coupon vouchers for 6 other locations. 2 for the price of 1 drinks! Saved us a good amount of money! The beach club was superb and the Juanita Daviola staff were amazing! Carlos the bartender took care of us with ice every day for my husbands swollen ankle and Mattias the front desk person was so sweet and positive! Such a great attitude!

Beautiful hotel- one of my faves along the beach road. I’ve come back to this hotel time and time again over the years. This staff is amazing. The cleaning crew is impeccable and the free breakfast is awesome! By far my fave hotel in Tulum.

The customer service was great. The food is too notch. My roommate and I did the shared bath and it was overall clean. The beaches are beautiful and the cabanas are so cute. Nice air conditioner as well as wifi and we had a blast. I have a gluten allergy and ate food off the grill which was amazing. Taxis around town are kinda steep wish I would have rented a car but driving in Mexico is a bit different so look into it before driving. Overall a very nice place to stay and I intend on coming back
