Comfortable and clean stay.
Great location as close to shops and restaurants. Apartment block is separate to reception where shared rooms are but short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple breakfast but can eat as much as you want and plenty of space for luggage storage. Overall basic but comfortable stay.

Staying among the locals
For us with children and many luggages, I find it quite far to walk and the actual apartment was a few mins away. No housekeeping and we need to bring trash all the way over to the reception area. Do-able for short stay. Price we paid was not cheap, however it’s near Shinjuku. But I would say it’s interesting as we stay among the locals in their local apartment, and it feels better in n 2nd day.

The location of this Inn 2 was tricky to manage as you had to check in at Inn 1 and the employee would walk you through narrow streets to your room in Inn 2. Not easy to manage with big luggage or car setting (forget that!). They were very helpful helping with luggage hauling. A tiny bathroom that is quite old but still functional with the floor set up as a shower too (so fun keeping things dry around there). The only thing that got to me was the stinky musty smell of the pillow case and some towels. Yes, Tokyo can be quite humid but some standards have to be met to not send your clients off smelling worse after their stay and showers than when they came in! So in hind sight, I could have found something much better for a few bucks more (according to hotel signs I saw in the neighborhood). Felt overpriced. Had a tiny kitchen set up, which could be a plus if I had to stay longer.

Towels were too small. Overall stay was pleasant.

Beware that when you book this, it's not for the actual inn address listed. They own a series of apartments in the area, so you will walk through more of a residential area to get to your apartment. We weren't aware of this and didn't feel comfortable, but they still made us pay.

Safe and cozy little hotel near Shinjuku.
We stayed in Tokyo House Inn 2, which is maybe a 3-5 min walk from the main office. The hotel was really an apartment room, which is nice because it’s roomier than most actual hotel rooms. It had a little kitchen if you chose to make something but not sure if there were pots/pans. It’s closest station with the jr line is the shin-Okubo. It’s walking distance to shinjuku if you’re willing to walk 10-15 min. It is a little dark at night to walk through the alley to get back to your room but Tokyo overall felt safe so I would stay here again. The towel they provide are smaller than what I’m used to but they do offer to rent more towels. They smelled a little funky when dried probably due to the humidity of the location in general so it may have a hard time drying in the room usually. They have free WiFi, but it was not stable. Sometimes I got on it, sometimes even though it recognizes it- I can’t use the WiFi. However, the front desk was very accommodating and gave us a pocket WiFi to use instead.

Nice little apartment with a qwerk
Really handy location just out of Shinjuku. Near the Korean area of town which was cool. Easy access to shin-oboku station on jr circle line making getting to sightseeing places very easy! 2 bedroom apartment was nice. Quite roomy I would say for Tokyo. Toilet was delightful. Shower was a bit tricky. Only had a frosted shower door, but none to the bathroom which meant clothes got a bit wet and couldnt really leave them outside bathroom due to lack of door / privacy. Towels were also very small but I have experienced that at most places in Japan so far. Would recommend this place.

Korea town nice room.
This hotel are more like a backpacker hotel but it had a family room. The room was so small just like those japanese house i guess. but the room was still ok. it comes with kitchen and fridge and microwave so we can cook for a family there. food was easily to find as its near town and trains. but parking was the worst. The road into the house are actually bicycle size alley. Do not drive a car in Tokyo... and its in Korea town so im not sure im in korea or japan
