A great Vrbo experience for Downtown DC
The property has a great location - walking distance to several restaurants and Trader Joes nearby. Easy pick up and drop off location for Uber rides to anywhere in the city. The kitchen is well stocked - dishes, appliances, etc. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of paper, tissues, shampoo, etc. Beds are comfortable. TVs upstairs and downstairs. Our host was responsive and easy to work with before and after our stay. We will stay there again, if available, for our next trip to DC.

Short on linen
The place was nice but it says it sleeps 6 which was a pullout couch. We were okay with that accept the linen was lacking. There was not enough sheets to dress the pullout. The pillows were obviously very old and thin. The 2 that were going to sleep on the pullout had to stay somewhere else. We complained to the manager but it was never resolved. It was a great place for four just not six.

Perfect location, great host
Wonderful home in a fantastic, walkable area. Lots to see and do within walking distance and close to the Metro., GWU, Georgetown. Would definitely stay again. Host was in contact by email as needed and the little extras like coffee, shampoo/conditioner were very helpful.

A great apartment!
This is a beautiful apartment and in my opinion for a very fair price. The location is excellent. I don't know the boundaries of Georgetown, but if it's not in Georgetown, it's two blocks away across the bridge. It pretty much has everything you need. The two bathrooms are great. The sleeper sofa is comfortable. Trader Joe's is close, although not my favorite grocery store. They don't sell soda or mainstream candy there which I thought was odd. My only issue, and it's not a deal breaker by any means, is the corner is noisy at night (heard many ambulances and fire trucks. Even heard a couple fighting /arguing in detail after midnight. The living room cozy , but is pretty light from the street lights , even with the shades closed. However I am just telling you and in know way want to discourage anyone. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. So many great restaurants and shops down the street. It really is a great location. We rode the bus often and the Foggy Bottom Metro stop is a less than ten minute walk. Our host was gracious and always available.

Fantastic apartment
Everything was clean, well-organized, and modern. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Ehab made the entire check in/out process very simple. There were two parking garages within a block that made stashing our car easy, and the location of the apartment ensured we absolutely didn't need it. As advertised, it was a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station- easy and convenient. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Great place to stay
Amazing location...close to Georgetown, close to bus stops which will take you to all the DC spots. And right across the street from Trader Joe's, which was really convenient. Kitchen was clean and had all the bowls/silverware/cookware we needed. The TV was a little tricky to figure out how to use, but eventually we got it.

Best DC Apartment
This property is better than advertised. It’s very clean & contains everything you’ll need other than groceries (which are very close by at Trader Joe’s). The property owner is very respectful and responsive. The property is very close to Georgetown. This property is my first choice of properties in the DC area. The kitchen & laundry area are located in the lower level of the apartment. The master bedroom is located on the main level. Both bathrooms are located on the main level.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful visit to the DC area as a family with teenagers. The location to the metro, shopping, restaurants and groceries was perfect. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the space to spread out. The owner was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!
